We spend a lot of time outdoors in educationally enriching environments. We also have large vegetable plots in our garden. Throughout the year, we harvest vegetables and fruits from our own garden and use them to make jams and pickles. Our students grow all the produce first indoors and then outdoors during the growing season, under the guidance of professional horticulturists.
We Feel the Environment
In the play of preschool-aged children, objects have no set form or purpose yet. A pinecone can be anything. Sometimes there is more life under a tree root than there is in all of Istanbul. In the preschool years, anything is still possible for a child. That is why our Ecology Garden has thousands of stories to tell, summer and winter alike.
Children learn by doing
Health and balance in emotional and intellectual development form the foundation of all learning and the development of individual abilities. Children engage with the world through hands-on activities and experiences. Children perceive the world holistically. Conceptual instruction has not yet reached them; they learn by exploring, doing, and experiencing—grasping concepts through hands-on activities.
Fun classroom activities...
Our students learn while having fun through engaging and entertaining classroom activities designed specifically for them.
Instead of being confined to a single classroom, they remain constantly on the move within our workshops, experiencing an active and social learning environment.
